株式会社フルタイムシステムとアイホン株式会社は、住戸内インターホンの画面にEV充電器の充電が終了したことを表示する機能を協同開発し、三交不動産株式会社が提供する新築分譲マンション「プレイズ徳重」に三大都市圏として初めて導入いたします。プレイズ徳重は、「環境と楽しく共生し、価値が未来へ続いていく」ことをコンセプトとした、EV自動車対応の新築マンションです。

弊社が提供するマンション⽤EV 充電器「F-chargeエフチャージ」は、インターネットを通じて充電中・充電終了などの機器状態の信号や、機器の空き状況の信号、充電開始から終了までの時間を出力可能とし、管理・保守・運営・お問合せの対応などの運用全般を行います。また、それら出力された情報をWEBブラウザを通じて閲覧することができるWeb-Check-Systemウェブチェックシステムの供給も行います。Web-Check-Systemウェブチェックシステムを利用して、マンションの管理者は機器状態の管理や使用者への課金などが行えます。
