大阪府堺市「エコモデルタウン創出事業」の提案コンペにて採用されたSMA xECO TOWN（スマ・エコタウン）晴美台において、フルタイムロッカーが採用されました。泉北ニュータウンに佇む閑静な戸建て分譲地の集会室に共用設備として設置、利用されています。提供しているサービスは分譲地居住者への「宅配便の不在時受け取り」と「宅配レンタカー」です。宅配ボックスがマンションだけでなく、街に進出するひとつの事例といえます。
